SMS Broadcast

SMS broadcast ministry is an offshoot of the MultiMedia Ministry. It serves as an important communication link between church members. It is through this ministry that all our members and friends (only those with mobile phones) are informed of the urgent news or happenings in Calvary Tengah. Bereavements are also being broadcast so that members can render necessary support, encouragement and prayers for those bereaved. Additionally, urgent prayer requests are also sent to the church prayer group. This is a group of people which comprises regular people attending our weekly prayer meetings and some who have informed individually that they would like to pray with us. The usual person who sends out the broadcasts is Mrs Alen Low with Dn Hendrick Foo taking over when she is overseas or not available. Sometimes Elder Lan sends the smses to our people when neither of them is able to do it. Thank God for sustaining the ministry thus far as we continue to serve Him till He returns. |
